Here’s a proper behind-the-scenes look at what happens after the building and finishing is done.

Making the furniture is only half of the job.

Once each bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table or full bedroom package has been built and finished, it still has to make the journey from our Hull workshop to its new home.

These photos show real customer orders at that final stage: finished, checked, wrapped and ready to leave us.

Packaging might not be the glamorous side of furniture making, but it is one of the most important. Our furniture is solid, heavy and often made as a complete set, so every piece needs protecting properly before it is loaded.

That means wrapping each item carefully, securing separate parts and making sure it is ready for a long journey. No staged bedroom, no fancy lighting — just genuine handmade furniture prepared for real customers.

Long-distance delivery, nationwide

Long-distance furniture delivery is a normal part of what we do. Our orders travel nationwide, often covering hundreds of miles between the workshop and the customer's front door.

Depending on the location, the size of the order and the delivery route, your furniture may arrive in one of our own vehicles or through one of the couriers we work with.

Using our own vehicles allows us to group deliveries and complete long runs across the country. Couriers also help us cover routes where that makes more sense. Whichever way an order travels, the aim is the same: protect it properly before it leaves and get it to its new home safely.

Behind every wrapped bundle is a customer waiting, another job completed and another delivery ready to move.

These are not polished catalogue shots. They are the real side of the job — furniture lined up outside the workshop, orders being loaded into vans and full bedroom packages prepared for the road.
