Lola & Keith — The Final Piece of the Puzzle

Let’s be clear from the outset: these customers have had patience.

Like almost every customer who ordered with us from January onwards, Lola and Keith have had a long wait. We even advised them several times that they could take a full refund rather than continue waiting.

But they believed in our work.

They stuck it out because they knew what they were going to receive at the end of it—and today, the final piece of the puzzle was delivered: their brand-new Triple Wardrobe.

I think all of us breathed a sigh of relief when it was finally in place 😂

Their completed bedroom now includes a handmade bed, bedside tables, a tallboy, a chest of drawers and the new Triple Wardrobe—all built by us in Hull and made to last.

We don’t sugar-coat things, and we don’t deny it when we have issues.

We hold ourselves accountable, put the work in and do everything we can to make things right. Lola and Keith deserved to see their full order completed, and we’re incredibly grateful that they trusted us to finish what we started.

As of today, we can wholeheartedly say that the hard work and determination are paying off.

The workshop is running at full speed, we’re turning out some genuinely quality work, and deliveries are ramping up.

The work speaks for itself.

So much so that Lola and Keith are already working out what they want to order from us next 🙏

Thank you both for your patience, your understanding and—most importantly—your belief in what we do.

Blood, Sweat & Wood.
